What Is Sea Moss?

Sea Moss is a type of seaweed (red-algae) that grows in many places such as the carribean, atlantic shoreline, Ireland, and many european costlines. It's been used for thousands of years in food products as a thickening agent and for health benefits. Sea moss contains 92 of the 102 vitmains and minerals your body needs for optimal function.

Where Is Your Sea Moss Sourced?

Our Sea Moss is sourced wild from the pristine waters of Saint Lucia. With optimal temperatures and minimal pollution, St. Lucia sea moss can yield the most optimal and highest nutritional value sea moss.  All the sea moss is freshly grown, then harvested, cleaned 3-5 times and sun dried for 2-7 weeks.

We wanted to make a collection of natural, vegan sea moss products that have you feeling excited, vibrant and ready to take on the day. We want you to fall in love with sea moss as much as we have.

We give you nutritious sea moss from our Ocean, and it's our job to give back. For every Sea Moss sold, we are donating 10% of proceeds to ocean-based charities to support our mission to fight for the ocean and marine life. 

Ordering and delivery

How much is shipping?

Shipping costs depend on the item you’ve ordered and the country where it’s being delivered. Our shipping charges range from $9.99 to $17.99. If your order value is more than $100, we provide free shipping across North America

Why is shipping expensive?

We work really hard to give everyone the most reasonable shipping rate that'll cover some of our expense to ship and pack the sea moss to you. We work with Canada Post & other carriers at a highly discounted rate and ensure that we're charging the amount that'll help us with the expense of shipping everything. The rate that you're seeing is 40%-70% cheaper than the rate that we pay our carrier.

When will my order arrive?

Orders that require shipping within Canada U.S. will be delivered within one to eight days, depending on your preferred shipping method. Shipping to the U.S. may take up to 10 days. Please get in touch if your order hasn’t been delivered according to the expected timescales, and we will check your order status.

Where is my order confirmation?

This is automatically sent to your email address when you place an order. If you haven’t received your order confirmation within 24 hours, please get in touch at info@vibrantsea.ca just in case there’s a problem with your order. Please check your mailbox’s spam or promotions folder before contacting in case the order confirmation has been diverted there.

How do I cancel my order?

There is only a short amount of time between when you place your order and when we start processing it. If you contact us straight away after ordering, via info@vibrantsea.ca, we may be able to cancel your order before it’s processed. If not, we’ll despatch your order and then you can return it to us if you wish upon receiving it.

Can I alter my order?

If you just placed the order, you can contact us at info@vibrantsea.ca. If it has been 6+ hours after order, most likely we’re unable to modify your order. If you need to order a greater quantity or an additional product, please place a new order online.

Payment

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept the following credit cards: MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover.

Where is my refund?

We aim to process refunds within three days of an item being returned to us. Please note, however, that your bank may take several days to process the payment back into your account. With that said, please allow up to ten working days after posting the item back to us before getting in touch about your refund. We’ll contact you by email to let you know when your refund has been processed.

Returns

Can I return or exchange an item?

You can absolutely return your item to us, within 30 days after receiving it, as long as it’s undamaged, unused and contained in its original packaging with all tags and labels attached. Unfortunately, we don’t offer exchanges. 

How do I return an item?

Please contact our customer service team via info@vibrantsea.ca. Providing the return is within the 30-day return period and meets our return criteria, we will issue you with a return address by email. You will need to arrange and pay for suitable packaging when returning an item.
